Hi, I'm Meghan
I’m a certified health coach with an MBA and a passion for supporting new moms as they step into this wild and wonderful chapter. My areas of expertise are hormonal health, mindfulness, postpartum nutrition, recovery, and navigating the impact becoming a parent can have on your career. After 10+ years in leadership and three rounds of maternity leave, I know this balancing act firsthand.
I’ve spent thousands trying every wellness trend, Googled every anxiety-inducing thing (usually at midnight), and worked with experts from all corners of health and nutrition to crack the code for myself—all while raising three kids, earning my MBA, and leading teams. I’m still learning every day (who isn’t?), but I’ve got knowledge that can save you endless trial-and-error and fast-track you to feeling like the happiest, healthiest version of yourself. Because I believe healthy, happy moms are the heart and lifeblood of healthy, happy families—and they can kick ass at work, too, if that’s what they want.
